    We transport freight throughout the Sydney Metropolitan Area, Country NSW, intrastate and some interstate. Our strategically located depots (Western Sydney and Port area) are located with easy access to the M7, M4 and M5 motorways and the Port Botany precinct.

  3. What type of services do Johnstons provide?

    Whatever your transport needs, we have the solution. With have a diverse range of trucks and equipment that can cover any transport requirement. Whether it is collecting import/ export containers at Port Botany or Port Kembla, unpacking freight or delivering with our extensive fleet of Sideloaders, Skel Trailers, Semi-Trailers, Self-Loading crane trucks or rigid table tops. We also offer warehousing and distribution from both our sites, including packing and unpacking services.

  7. Do you have any limitations to when you offer your vehicles for hire?

    No, we provide bookings and scheduling across 24 hours per day – 7 days per week, 365 days per year.

  8. What can Johnstons Transport deliver?

    Our diverse fleet of specific size and type of vehicles, enables Johnstons to be able to deliver anything from shipping containers, pallets, and full range of industrial products steel, machinery, roofing and timber etc. With the added advantage of optional capabilities such as self-loading and unloading crane trucks, container side loaders, tautliners, low loaders and cranes and forklifts.

  9. How do you work out the charge for deliveries?

    Our deliveries are usually charged on a Depot to Depot basis. With a focus on full loads collect and deliver.

  10. What payment services do you have?

    We offer a number of payment systems, from cash, EFT, cheque, credit card, Compay, COD and account options. These are based on pre-approval prior to a work commitment.

  11. How do we calculate our Fuel Surcharge?

    We are transparent, accountable and honest when discussing fuel charges with clients. Our current diesel price is based on the Australian Institute of Petroleum average diesel price for the previous month. This is calculated as (Current Diesel Price - Base Diesel Price) / Base Diesel Price x Fuel Weighting % = Fuel Levy %
